Fresh goat’s milk cheese making morning. I now make fresh goats cheese 2 or 3 times a week using the milk from our goats. Just a simple Feta type cheese.
Just boil the milk, added Apple Vinegar. When the curds and whey break apart I then strain to separate them. Leave it for awhile to cool and hey presto cheese.
Occasionally add salt but I perfer unsalted. A little whipping and you have cream cheese. To come I will try adding herbs.
